　　面試難，英語面試更加讓人心慌慌。如何才能在英語面試中游刃有余呢？提前準備是少不了的，本系列列舉了一些常見的英語面試問題，希望可以幫到大家。此為第三篇。

　　1.Is there anything you think that you can improve? 你覺得你有什么地方需要改進嗎？

　　要點：自我了解是一件很重要的事。清楚的明白自己的缺點，并有意要改正，能夠給予別人積極向上的印象。也能使得自己更好的提升。

　　回答示范：

　　Talking about weaknesses can be harder but good interview answers are still possible. Many people choose to mention something which they’ve recognized as being a weakness but have overcome.

　　I’d like to be more organized, like one of my colleagues. She doesn’t have to try. But because I don’t find it as easy as her, I use to-do lists and a diary to help me successfully manage my work.

　　2.What make you think you would be a success in this position? 你如何知道你能勝任這份工作？/ Why do you consider yourself qualified for this job? 為何你認為自己符合這職位的資格?

　　要點：這依然是了解你能力的題目。

　　回答示范：

　?。?）My graduate school training combined with my internship should qualify me for this particular job. I am sure I will be successful.

　?。?）I speak fairly good English and I enjoy meeting different kinds of people，so I think I could handle the work of a receptionist.

　　3.What subjects were your favorite? Why? 你最喜歡的課程是什么，為什么?

　　要點：了解你的偏好，了解你的能力。

　　回答示范：I like the subjects that include lots of experiments, for example, CAD and Circuit Design. I found that I can learn more quickly by doing experiments than only studying the theories. I guess it’s partly because I am good with my hands, and doing experiments gives me a chance to learn in a creative way.

　　4.Describe the employee you most enjoy working with. 你最喜歡和什么樣的同事一起合作?

　　要點：看你是否適合這份工作，從你喜歡的人可以看出你的一部分形象。

　　回答示范：

　?。?）I enjoy working with straightforward people, partly because I am a straightforward person myself. I hope my colleagues will offer their honest suggestions and even criticisms to me. Frankly speaking, I am not very comfortable with those people who are too sensitive and always hesitate to express themselves.

　?。?）I enjoy working with those who are action makers. I don’t like to work with big talkers or those who are very slow to react. I am a quick person myself, so I prefer to work with the people of the same kind.

　?。?）Well, I like to work with those who are good at planning because they can always make a strong team with me. I am a detail person, and I need to work with big picture planners to achieve the best results.

　　5.What do you find frustrating in a work situation? 在工作中，什么事令你不高興？

　　要點：可以談談同事。道理同上一題一樣。

　　回答示范：

　?。?）Sometimes, the narrow-minded people make me frustrated.

　?。?）My colleagues don't have too much energy.
